Our Event Starter Kit, posters, and additional downloadable resources are here to help you plan your best QMHW event yet. So, make sure you see what's available and register your activity when your plan is in place. Big or small, every activity makes a difference, and we want to see them all on the QMHW map!

We've stepped out some ways individuals, community groups, businesses, schools and universities can get involved in QMHW this year on our website. Plus, there's more ideas in this eNews edition.

Take time for mental health…On your bike

This QMHW selectability is inviting the Townsville and Mackay communities to once again participate in a short bike ride to encourage everyone to get active and shine a spotlight on mental health!

The ride is for all skills levels and abilities and you don’t even need to ride, you can make your way around the circuit however you like. The most important thing is showing up, showing your support and taking time for your own mental health!
