Summer Seasonal Newsletter Season’s Greetings

Season’s Greetings and wishing you all a Safe, very Happy and Healthy 2020, the beginning of a new and exciting decade!

Another wonderful year has rolled quickly byehere at Cooking on the Bay and I have loved every moment we have shared cooking together.  I thank you for your support and friendship during the year and I look forward to seeing you again in 2020.

Welcome to the Cooking on the Bay ‘table’.

The final class for the year is tomorrow - a South Melbourne market tour, cooking class and lunch here at Cooking on th Bay with the Traveling Spoon guests.  This will be a lovely way in which to end the year.

Yesterday I hosted a marvellous corporate private cooking class with a delighful group; it was excellent cooking plus much enjoyment, as usual.

It is always with a mixture of happiness at the prospect of the summer break in January at Kureelpa, plus some sadness as I always miss our days in cooking classes here at Cooking on the Bay, the friendship, comradery and your company, cooking together.

The Cooking Class Program for 2020 appears at the end of this newsletter plus it is on the website under each class - click here

Cook Real Food Cooking Classes - Low-Carb, Healthy Fat

2019 has been a fabulous and exciting year here at Cooking on the Bay with the launch of our new cooking class Cook Real Food, in which I teach how to cook for the Low-Carb, Healthy Fat Lifestyle Program.  This program has attracted much interest and it has been very exciting for me to research and present.  Next year there will be the launch of my Cook Real Food website devoted to everything associated with cooking real food, low-carb and healthy fat!  The focus is  to eat with the seasons, use real, whole foods, and importantly, share together at the table and create a dining experience for you, your family and friends.

In January, I have been asked to participate in a segment on the Travel Writers’ radio program, hosted by Graeme Kemlo, in which we are talking about the food trends for 2020 and the decade follow. I believe 2020 and beyond is going to be all about this lifestyle program of just eating real food, the Low-Carb, Healthy Fat way.

For this of you who are interested in achieiving a new invigorating ‘lease of life’ there is everything to be gained from this lifestyle living and cooking with Cook Real Food! You may check the cooking class dates at the end of this newsletter or on the website - click here
