Be the voice of our housing customers
We’re looking for two customers to join our Group Housing Board and, as part of this role, to chair one of our resident panels.
This is a chance to be a strong voice for our customers, helping us make the best decisions for them.
What’s involved?
You'll get the chance to:
- Join our Group Housing Board, which meets four times a year,
- Chair one of our customer panels to make sure we're getting the best results from our valuable customer engagement, and
- Help us make better decisions that benefit all our residents and homeowners.
What you’ll get
In return, you'll get:
- £5,000 a year before tax (paid monthly),
- Full training and support on how to be an effective Group Housing Board member, and
- A chance to make a real difference to the services we deliver.
Interested?
We want to hear from you, even if you haven't been involved before — we're looking for customers with a range of lived experience. If you can commit to about two to three days of your time each month and be a part of our Group Housing Board for up to two years, we'd love to hear from you.
