Help design a diabetes patient portal

The Rio Tinto Children’s Diabetes Centre at Telethon Kids Institute, in conjunction with Perth Children’s Hospital Diabetes and Endocrinology Department, have recently been awarded funding to develop a Diabetes Patient Portal. Now we need your help! If you are a parent, carer, sibling or young person living with type 1 diabetes, including anyone who has transitioned to adult services in the last 3 years, please join us to co-design the platform so that we can make sure it meets everyone’s needs.

Where: Type 1 Diabetes Family Centre, 11 Limosa Close, Stirling

When: Wednesday 8 March

Time: 5.30pm – 8.30pm

There will be light food and refreshments provided on the night. You will also receive an honorarium payment of $50 for attending.
