We invite you to join our launch event to receive a first look at the system through a live demonstration and the Family Financial Tracking™ curriculum currently available. Access to the platform will be available to all Salesforce users shortly after the event. Reoccurring Webinars Nov 15 & Dec 06 & 20 | 1 PM CST | 60 Minutes | Salesforce Support Hour Salesforce Support Hours are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month (excluding holidays). Drop into the Salesforce support hour to have ALL of your Salesforce questions answered, from data entry to reporting. This session is an informal setting that allows attendees to join in at any point during the time period. Come with questions or just join to listen to others' questions. * No registration required. **Note: Starting Nov 1 we have moved to Zoom meetings** Nov 11 & Dec 2 & 16 | 1 PM CST | 60 minutes | Twin Accounts™ Biweekly Support Hosted on a biweekly basis, this is an informal meeting to allow space for coaches to ask questions specific to Twin Accounts™ via Esusu. Stop by with all your questions or join in to hear from other coaches and the work that they are doing. Dec 07 | 1 PM CST | 90 minutes | Twin Accounts™ Quarterly Webinar Call For Participants in Financial Products Focus GroupTwo opportunities to participate in focus groups to hear about your experiences with financial products. LISC has hired seasoned consultants, Christi Baker and Vanessa Lindley, to help support our National Savings Campaign. Your on-the-ground experience with integrating financial products into your Financial Opportunity Center® sites is invaluable in helping us identify national strategies that are relevant and meet your needs. What? Two focus groups: one focused on building savings and one focused on building credit. Why? To gather insights from your experience using financial products to inform a national strategy for the integration of financial products across the FOC network that employ an equity lens and build savings and credit over the short and long term. Who? 8-10 staff FOCs per focus group. - Participation is on a first come, first served basis. When? You can choose which focus group best meets your interest or schedule: Products that build savings | Monday, 11/15, 1-2 pm ET Products that build credit | Thursday, 11/18, 3-4 pm ET. How? The facilitated discussion will take place on Zoom. In advance of the session, you will be sent a link to the meeting and the discussion questions. Topics of discussion will include financial products; the business case and impact; and national recommendations. What else? Outside of the focus group, the consultants may elect to contact you to schedule a follow-up interview for more information about your experiences.
