Day!
Fathers play a crucial role in the emotional, social, and intellectual development of their children, contributing to their overall well-being and success.
Involved fathers help foster independence, improve self-esteem, and increase the likelihood of positive outcomes -- children who thrive as adults and lead successful lives.
Putative Father Registries
Putative fathers' registries promote the best interests of children first, while seeking to balance the interests of adults involved in planning an adoption. Registries seek to ensure that a legal mechanism is in place for fathers to exercise their paternal rights. Almost all States have them now. Read more about these registries at the National Council for Adoption.

What is the "Third Option"?
We at Unplanned Good have gathered a small coalition of national adoption leaders from across the country. Each person on this team is a passionate, pro-adoption powerhouse, leading their own national adoption-related organization.
The idea is to divert Federal funds to fuel state-level programs with these goals:
1) to increase awareness of adoption as an option for women facing unplanned pregnancy, and
2) to improve care, support and assistance for the brave women who choose adoption, then choose parents for their babies.
Early last month I was in DC for a few days and have now briefed all of the Idaho delegation on our Third Option initiative. The delegation includes Senator Mike Crapo, Senator Jim Risch, Congressman Russ Fulcher and Congressman Mike Simpson. All are in support of what we're doing and want to help.
Again, Idaho is leading as the first "Third Option" State, and we believe other States will follow. We are excited to see how it will all come together. We appreciate your continued support, and could not do this without you!
Next month, I'm speaking at the National Council for Adoption's annual conference in Minneapolis. I was honored to be invited to share about getting adoption legislation passed at the State level.
Since most adoption law is state-specific, the goal is to encourage and empower others to do the same in their own States. I'm looking forward to it!

“Abortion Drugs Are Safer Than Tylenol”? Peer-Reviewed Study Debunks Claim
The Charlotte Lozier Institute (CLI) released a new pivotal peer-reviewed article published in the journal BioTech. This article challenges and disproves the baseless claim that “abortion drugs are safer than Tylenol” because that claim lacks scientific credibility and evidence. Here's the research paper just recently published by the Charlotte Lozier Institute.
