🍴 Introducing the Foodie Passport Challenge – Coming to Gloucester this September! 🍴

We’re excited to share a new initiative designed to bring more footfall, flavour, and fun to Gloucester city centre this autumn – the Foodie Passport!

Running from 15th September to 31st October, this event will encourage people to dine out in the evenings, explore our fantastic local restaurants, and collect stamps in a special ‘Foodie Passport’ for a chance to win prizes. It’s a great way to celebrate our vibrant food scene while supporting city centre hospitality businesses.

We’re thrilled to have 8 restaurants already signed up, including:
Aroma, Dr Foster, The Fountain Inn, Spago, Café Rene, Island Bites, Coal Kitchen, and Topoly’s – with more to come, if you're interested in being a part of it, too!

GlosBound – Let’s Bring Students to Gloucester!

This coming September, the University of Gloucestershire will be holding their Welcome Fayre, which attracts over 3,000 students in attendance! The Fayre will be held at their park campus in Cheltenham and will be organising a ‘GlosBound’ promotion to pull some of these students to Gloucester!

GlosBound is about getting students connected to the multiple of communities in Gloucester to reduce student loneliness. The University has over 9,000 students and 2/3 of UOG’s students will now be studying in Gloucester, which is an amazing opportunity to get more students in the doors of shops, cafes, volunteering, working and enjoying Gloucester city!

Find out more about this and their GlosBound Passport here.
