THE EXHIBITOR MANUAL IS LIVE
The NAR NXT 2024 Exhibitor Manual provides you with a quick and easy way to order any services you’ll need for your participation as an exhibitor at NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience 2024 to be held November 8 - 10 in Boston, MA. Please take a few moments to review the Manual in detail.

Each section contains important information on the exposition, including pre-show preparation of displays and equipment, installation, operating and dismantling information, and important rules and regulations.

Order Freeman goods and services on FreemanOnline. Place your order by October 8, 2024 to take advantage of advance order discount rates. Refer to the Deadline Dates document for additional deadlines.

We urge you to be familiar with the Display Construction Guidelines. Planning your exhibit in compliance with display guidelines is your responsibility. An installed exhibit that is not compliant with display regulations may lead to mandatory and costly on-site corrections. When in doubt, ask us.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
We encourage you to register your booth staff in advance to avoid lines at the Convention Center.

The primary contact for your company was sent an email from our Registration partner, Maritz. That email contains the username and password to access the exhibitor registration portal.

Once you have registered your staff names, they will receive a confirmation email containing a barcode and can pick up their badges onsite at registration.

Exhibitors should also book their hotels now.

IMPORTANT HOUSING DATES
October 4, 2024, by 5pm Central - Names due on all rooms.  Rooms without names will be released to general sale.
October 23, 2024 - Hotels may charge first night's room and tax for all room reservations after this date.
October 30, 2024 at noon Central - Housing Website Closes.

COMPANY LISTING
If you have not already done so at the time of application, please submit your company listing information by logging into the Exhibitor Portal.
Sign In to the Exhibitor Portal using the email and password of the booth contact. You must use the email address of the booth contact otherwise access to the Profile Editor will be denied. If you do not know the password, please follow the “Forgot your password?” link on the page to have reset instructions emailed to you.
Enter your company information as you wish it to appear and select up to four categories that best represent your company. Descriptions are limited to 200 characters, including spaces. Acceptable logo formats are: JPG or PNG. When you are finished, click Save & Complete.
This information will also be used for promotion on the Mobile App.
