Japanese technology meets Danish design: Toshiba and Jacob Jensen Design join forces in TV.
On the 2nd of September Toshiba Europe and Jacob Jensen Design presented the collaboration in design with the introduction of a new series of televisions. The presentation took place at an exclusive press conference held at Toshiba’s stand during the IFA Exhibition 2010 in Berlin.

JACOB JENSEN™ is proud to introduce its new range of watches, the Icon Series. With its clean lines, sharp edges and black and silver contrasts the Icon Series features the brand’s legendary design signatures.
The choice for this series fell on the contrasts: polished and matt steel, a leather strap with a rubber inlaid, and a sapphire crystal lens. The dominant design feature is the harmonious and smooth transition from the watch case to the strap, and the characteristic cross that features on the dial, the crown and the clasp.
JACOB JENSEN™ strengthens its partnership structure by joining forces with Rosendahl Design Group, one of Scandinavia’s leading manufacturers of living and dining products.
Rosendahl Design Group becomes the eighth company in Jacob Jensen Brands partner structure, where individual companies buy licenses to produce and market the JACOB JENSEN™ products designed at the studio Jacob Jensen Design. The brand is today represented in 33 countries with an ever-growing product portfolio from timepieces, kitchen and living products, eyewear, jewellery and many more.
