What's On in May 2015
Raking, raking, raking – that’s me at the moment as I try to tame my wild yard. It's the time of year where we start to get that pensive feeling again; one must do the chores, those repetitive motions before we go into hibernation mode for winter. Although autumn is resplendent with its bright and cheery colours that enhance your day with a visual feast, for me it's the subtle aroma of dying leaves which signal that the extreme cold part is almost upon us. For many there is the excitement of a winter escape and this year I'm happy to say I'm in that category, so I'll be off the radar for a few weeks in June.
Do you know someone who is an amazing artist or could that someone be you? We have started to call for entries for our exciting biennial event - the Arts Gold Awards. This year, we have more prize money on offer totalling $10,500, 3 incredible judges and much more. Detailed information, along with an online entry form, is all on our webpage
