SLIP+ Insurer Compliance Webinar
The SLIP+ Insurer Webinar released earlier this month is available on the Webinars & Media page of slipplus.com. Resolving these discrepancies helps ensure that premium and premium tax reporting is complete and accurate. If you receive a premium deficiency notice, please review your internal records and compare them with the premium data reported by agents. If discrepancies are identified, submit any necessary additional filings or corrections to resolve the deficiency. Premium deficiencies must be resolved within 60 days of the original notice. Unresolved deficiencies may be referred to the appropriate regulatory agency for administrative action. Independently Procured Coverage Filing Guidance
