Click here Junior Competition Conference – applications to attend The publisher and editors of the Competition Law Journal are pleased to announce the speakers for the 13th Junior Competition Conference (JCC). The JCC will take place on Monday, 3 February 2025 at Herbert Smith Freehills' Exchange House offices in London from 14:00 to 18:00, and will be followed by a networking drinks reception. We are also pleased to be able to open applications to attend the conference. We have a great panel of speakers lined up to contribute on our two themes: Collective actions in the UK: where are we now and where are we going

Apply to attend the JCC The JCC is organised for junior members of the competition law community, from all professional and academic backgrounds, including students, trainees and qualified lawyers, economists and public policy specialists, whether working in private practice, in-house, competition or regulatory authorities, the public sector or academia. It provides a unique forum for junior practitioners to speak at a conference, express views, exchange ideas and get to know one another. If you would like to apply to attend the JCC please sign-up at the following link no later than 17:00 on Wednesday, 15 January 2025. To be eligible to attend you must be less than eight years qualified (or equivalent in your respective profession) and must not be a partner or hold a similar position. The JCC is kindly sponsored by Herbert Smith Freehills so there is no charge attend the JCC, although places are strictly limited. Successful applicants will be informed after the deadline.
