Australian Education & ComplianceTraining & Overview Pack is a comprehensive document for you and your team to review and ensure, that at all practices are followed. The legal obligations and framework will ensure that our mutual approach is clear and defined giving future and current student’s facts about study commitments and outcomes to their proposed and current studies. We know education is critical to students of all ages and whilst we believe we have positively affected many student outcomes; we know that we could not have done this alone. The professionalism in our industry imbedded with trust, honesty and integrity is key and forms part of our mutual legal obligations. This is founded on knowledge and understanding of the educational system in Australia and Australian International Education and Training Agent Code of Ethics. Continuous support & guidance for future and current students and knowing we work within the legal framework, will always ensure a student centric approach. Student Application FormIn February, we will issue the new 2025 application form and until then, please use the current 2024 application form or the apply now function on the website. How important is a good study plan?It is critical that students access the best course options that suit their needs & plans and provides them with longer-term economic benefits of studying in Australia. With an average study duration of 22-weeks, a student studying with us has a series of course options available to them. A study plan detailing multiple course options such as General English + Cambridge Preparation shows depth and supports the student’s educational journey with a targeted educational focus and will be evidenced when making a student visa application. Developing such a plan, will support the student and ensure that they have a better all-round experience when navigating English language for their future needs. Student Application ProcessYou will recall, we’ve created an Educational Advisor FAQs to guide you through a series of questions and answers you may find helpful and guide you when counselling a student. Within the FAQs, we’ve supplied a series of hints and tips to ensure that the correct level of information is provided, such as, when providing evidence for financial capacity. We know that only independent verifiable official evidence such as bank statements and/or tax statements are accepted and not bank (balance) letters. Please take some time to read the FAQs to give you additional guidance when counselling future and current students and prior to making an application. Students applying for an ELICOS standalone onshore/offshore student visa from an assessment level three country, will be required to undergo a full Genuine Student Requirement Assessment (GSR). The process is simple and will require the GSR Form to be completed, signed and dated in addition to providing supporting evidence such as but not limited to 3-months banks statements, transcripts etc. The review process is not lengthy if all the documents are provided and translated (if needed). When the process is completed and if successful, a Letter of Offer will be issued with no conditions.
