Announcement: new management and ownership Adésys

We are proud to announce that we have taken a new step in our growth and development. Lodewijk Duymaer van Twist, a driving force within the company since 2009, has taken over ownership of Adésys together with Rob Smit. Lodewijk assumes the role of Managing Director, while Rob holds the position of Director of Operations. This succession marks a new chapter for our company, with a solid foundation of experience, innovation and customer focus.

Strong leadership with familiar faces

Lodewijk Duymaer van Twist has held key roles as Lead Engineer and Manager Engineering in recent years. His technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the company make him the ideal candidate to hold the position of Managing Director. Since 1 July 2024, Lodewijk has been at the helm of the company, aiming to continue its strong growth and seize new opportunities.

Rob Smit, director-owner of Plus Accountants and a familiar face within the Adésys family since 2007, joins as Director of Operations. His long-standing commitment to the company and his keen insight into business operations will help optimise operational processes and further strengthen the internal structure.
