Whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student, everyone who intends to complete a degree or participate in a ceremony this spring must complete the graduate checklist.

We are honored to announce our keynote speaker, alumna Linda Thomas-Greenfield ’75, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. She will address the graduates at the May 14, 2022 ceremony. Learn more >>

 
 

Let us know you are graduating!

Complete the apply to graduate application in the Student Center of My UW. All graduates must complete their applications by Friday, April 1, in order to have their names printed in the commencement program.

Reserve Your Commencement Attire

Check out the University Book Store's graduation timeline for information regarding securing a cap and gown for the ceremony. All graduates must wear cap and gown attire in order to participate in the ceremony. Graduates facing financial hardship and in need of scholarship support for cap and gown rental should contact the Commencement Office for an application by April 4 at commence@chancellor.wisc.edu.
