Allows for dine-in with capacity limits; may open to dining indoors and outdoors at 50% of the posted occupancy code limit, not to exceed 50 people, whichever is less. Tables or groups limited to 8 people and to be spaced so that patrons are a minimum of 6-feet apart. Bars are not allowed to open at this time, with a reevaluation this month. · Lodging. Allows for lodging at 25% capacity, dependent on state orders. All short-term lodging properties (including professionally managed and self-managed) are required to complete an online registration form and requires approval before opening to guests. For more information on lodging, including residences for rent on an online hosting website such as VRBO and AirBnB, see Lodging Appendix F at bottom. · Other. Allows for opening of private campgrounds, day camps for kids, and childcare facilities. Removes the 14-day quarantine for people coming to or returning to the area. Gondola. Opening date is expected June 15. The Town has been coordinating with public health officials on protocols for the gondola that will be consistent with the most recent public health orders. The protocols will include such items as: cabin occupancy, loading procedures, line management, cabin disinfecting and cleaning, recreational equipment, masks, hand sanitizers and public communications. The Town will be publishing information on the gondola soon and TMVOA will also share this information as soon as available.
