NCTRC Celebrates CTRSs for Years of Service!NCTRC is proud to send anniversary pins to recognize CTRSs with 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 years of service. The CTRS anniversary pin serves as an acknowledgement of an individual’s long-standing professional commitment to maintaining NCTRC certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist® (CTRS). Consider Applying for Specialization Area DesignationThrough CTRS Specialization Area Designation, certificants are offered the opportunity to be recognized for their advanced knowledge and skill in a specialized area of practice. NCTRC currently awards recognition in seven areas of specialization to CTRSs denoting experience and focused continuing education to enhance recreational therapy practice. CTRSs who are awarded Specialization Area Designation from NCTRC will receive a digital badge. The digital badge allows CTRSs to
broadcast their achievement to colleagues, employers, and recruiters and further enhance their professional profile.
