We're excited to announce the long-awaited return of the LISC Phoenix Annual Breakfast & Community Awards, live and in person. Mark your calendar for the Valley’s premier event for the community development sector.

This year's theme is “Level Up with LISC.” With the support of our partners over the years, we’ve leveled-up our work to help established and emerging place-based community organizations level-up their work. At the event we'll showcase that impact with awards, activities and conversations to engage attendees on a higher level...not just because we'll be on the fifth-floor Skyline Terrace of the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel. We'll announce more details latter this summer. 

We're grateful to have PNC Bank as our presenting sponsor for the third year running. PNC Bank has become a big supporter of our work since entering the Phoenix market three years ago. Last year we collaborated to launch a $5 million affordable housing pre-construction fund for short-term loans to nonprofit developers, emerging Minority- and Women-owned Enterprises (MWBEs), veteran-owned enterprises, and small affordable housing developers.
