Ravens dueling at Tso Kar, Ladakh

Tsarap River bend - Zanskar

Hello from my photo cave in NZ!

Memories... From Everest to Ladakh and then across Upper Mustang and Dolpo, what an incredible trek year it has been. With feelings of awe and deep appreciation still coursing through me, we were privileged to traverse these dramatic landscapes and picturesque villages. However, it is with a mental tear shed we farewell'ed some favourite villages and trails as change is accelerating, and is why we are still exploring, before it is gone.

There are quick trip summaries on our Previous treks page and here are some advance photos; albums to come.

Please get in touch if you are inspired!

The redhead; thank you to Ram Lal and his strong mules who carry everything.

We see plenty of wildlife close up on every trek (unlike Nepal):

Congrats on making it here - feed your addiction with Paul's perfectly composed best pix Flickr album of our Upper Mustang-Dolpo trek which I have already shared on Facebook. Speaking of which, do you follow Project Himalaya?
