Greetings from your Community BoardMessage from the ChairKia ora koutou, Highlights from our latest meetingOur Community Board met on Tuesday 4 August. Some highlights of our meeting included hearing from the Hoon Hay Association as part of our Public Forum, who spoke about the proposed repairs to their community centre building. We also received some correspondence from the Spreydon Neighbourhood Network in support of requests by residents to beautify Bayley Place. The Board are looking into options to see how we could support this request. We also heard from Council's Transport team about the need to remove some trees along the roadside to enable the upcoming road safety improvements programme along Dyers Pass Road. The team will need to remove some trees during these works, but won't know the full number until works start. You can read the minutes to see what else we discussed and find out the dates, times and details of upcoming Community Board and Council meetings here.
