GOOD LUCK as your school begins the Fall 2026 regular season! We're excited for the season ahead and appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue working through the transition to USAEL/RallyCry.

In this Friday Forecast: Week 1 Check-In, platform updates, reminders and an additional competition opportunity!

Action Needed – Check In for Week 1

Before checking in, make sure your team is ready (click to view full checklist):

Coach/school admin account is created
Teams are created and students are invited
Required game handles are updated
Teams are registered for their competitions
Go to the competition Bracket tab and click Join once per team during the check-in window

The check-in queue for Week 1 matches is now open! Teams must be checked in by Monday, Sept. 21 at 12 p.m. est to receive a match assignment. Click here to view Weekly Check-In Guide.

Once those steps are complete, you’re all set! Matches will be assigned Monday.

Updates & Reminders

Friday Forecast: Our weekly regular-season coach email has moved from Meg's Monday Memos to Meg's Friday Forecast; check your inbox on Friday with everything you need to know for the week ahead.
Platform Notifications: Email notifications are now enabled for important updates such as check-in windows and match assignments. You can adjust these at any time in your notification settings.
Missed the Coaches Meeting? Review the slides and recording.
In-Person Championships: Saturday, Dec. 5 at Michigan State University. Select State League titles will be featured, and attendance is required for qualifying schools. More details to come.

USAEL/RallyCry continues to adapt and improve platform features for K–12 competition based on preseason testing and coach feedback. If you encounter an issue, please use Get Help → Platform Feedback within RallyCry. Your feedback helps the team identify bugs and prioritize improvements.

Additional Competition Opportunity

The 2026 MEC x SMC Fiber Cup is Saturday, Nov. 7 at Southwestern Michigan College. High school students can compete in Rocket League or the new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate singles tournament. Space is limited, and players and spectators must RSVP by October 16. Click here to view the tournament flyer and register.
