Take time to relax and recharge over the long weekend |
Whether you are catching up with family and friends, or just enjoying time on your own, this long weekend is a great opportunity to prioritise your mental health and wellbeing.
You might like to embrace the healing power of nature and go for a bushwalk or stroll through a park! Studies have shown that spending time in nature can improve your mood, and reduce stress. Perhaps you'll take a peaceful walk on the beach, feel the sand between your toes, and let the soothing sounds of the waves wash away your worries.
Whatever you choose to do, prioritise self-care. For further inspiration, there are some great tips and resources below. |
