As we dive back in, I encourage you to take advantage of the many exciting events and opportunities happening in the School of Communication. SOC Experience Day is on April 9th from 1:15-3:00 pm, right outside of Doti Hall on Memorial Lawn. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about all that the School of Comm has to offer! (careers, internships, advising, courses, etc.) Registration is starting on 4/7! Not sure what classes to take? Students complete undergraduate coursework in the first three years, take a mix of undergraduate and graduate classes in year four, and finish graduate coursework in year five to obtain an MS in Strategic Communication. These internships are for a total of 6-8 weeks each, 24 – 40 hours per week, and pay $16.50 per hour. Internships offer hands-on experiences, opportunities to build relationships and learn about arts administration, as well as free and discounted tickets!
