The technology that people use to communicate may evolve but we continue to see many people who prefer to reach out to the Ministry via phone. In fact, we receive over 100 phone calls within the Echo System every single day.
We need your help meeting those seeking conversation through verbal communication. We ask you to prayerfully consider taking a few phone calls along with your usual conversations each time you are online. By doing so, we can close the gap and effectively respond to each of these seekers. You will also get to hear the heart of the seeker along with tone and inflection. It is a true blessing beyond words.

We are so very thankful for each and every volunteer here at the Ministry! We strive to provide updated and current resources for you to handle difficult conversations. Conversation topics may change along with cultural views, but the message of hope remains the same.
Please take time to review the Revised Volunteer Training Manual on the Training Portal. We have included new segments on system-related training (Chat, Text and Voice) as well as updated Volunteer FAQ’s to answer the most common volunteer questions.

"Where Our Volunteers Live"
Volunteers are the backbone of the Ministry. We continue to see growth in international volunteers and currently have volunteers from 25 countries sharing their stores of redemption and hope. God continues to unite those who are hurting with those willing to share. You are each a blessing to the Ministry.
