No appeals for Ecogas resource consent

On Tuesday 12 August the Hearings Commissioners granted the resource consent, with conditions, for the new Ecogas Organics Processing facility in Aruhe Road Hornby. You can see the decision document on Environment Canterbury’s webpage . The consent appeal period closed on Wednesday 3 September and ECan has indicated that no appeals were received.

Ecogas is now working through the final details of its procurement processes with construction anticipated to start in October this year.
