Dear Friends,

The fall semester is underway on University Hill, bringing excitement and gratitude for the many ways God continues to work through the DBU Family. We move forward with a steadfast commitment to Christ-centered education, keeping Christ at the center of all that we say and do.

This September, we reflect on welcoming the Class of 2030 to DBU through NPO Sessions and SWAT Week. We also witness how God is working around the world through Drs. Karen and Mark Alexander's travels and through DBU Men's Soccer serving the community of Honduras.

We recognize students and alumni using their gifts and passions to share the Gospel in unique ways, from the creation of The Good News Paper to The Scarlet Letter Musical. Each story reflects the purpose of glorifying Christ, which continues to unite us as a university.

As you read this edition of University Hill, I hope you too are encouraged by these stories of how God is moving throughout our DBU Family. Reflecting on ten years as DBU's president, I am deeply grateful for the Lord's faithfulness and for all who have faithfully invested in this University's mission. I pray that this fall will be a season of growth, discovery, and faithful service as we prepare students to lead with purpose for the glory of God.

Sincerely,

Adam C. Wright, Ph.D. | President
