Transitioning to Prep and OSHCNutrition TipsStarting school and attending OSHC for the first time can be a big change in a child’s eating patterns. The routine and structure of school means that they may be eating at different times than they are used to, snack or lunch breaks can be shorter, and they need that extra energy to concentrate in the classroom!
