911CPB 2025 Annual Report 

Our 2025 Annual Report is now available, and it reflects what your support made possible this year. In 2025, 911 Cell Phone Bank securely processed 94,737 devices and diverted 70,222.66 lbs of electronics from landfills. Devices were securely data-erased and routed to responsible outcomes, including 87,264 repurposed for reuse and 40,974 sent to certified recycling when reuse was not possible. Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) is a time to support survivors, raise awareness about sexual violence, and identify strategies to prevent such crimes. The 911 Cell Phone Bank, in partnership with law enforcement agencies and advocacy programs, is addressing this critical issue by providing victims with “clean” cell phones—devices free from tracking or monitoring that can serve as lifelines for escape and independence.

Welcome to the Team

Please join us in welcoming two new team members to 911 Cell Phone Bank: Kenny Downing and Wesley Traxler join us a Account Relationship Managers.

Kenny brings 10+ years of experience in relationship building, communication, and partner service across multiple industries. Outside of work, he values faith and family and enjoys flying as a licensed pilot, serving as a minister, and staying active outdoors.

Wesley brings 15+ years of sales and management experience across a wide range of industries. He is a proud family man with three kids, and he loves music, BBQs and cooking, and spending time outdoors.

We are excited to have Kenny and Wes on board as we grow partnerships that advance secure data erasure, sustainability impact, and safe connection for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.
