A Word from Our MD, Tim Sydenham
Hello! We’re starting 2023 with a bang with many of our staff contributing articles to our newsletter. A number of our team are obtaining qualifications, nominating themselves for awards and continuing their professional development. We’re proud to nearly be a team of 30 and have recently been recognised as a national living wage employer.
Inflationary pressures continue to harden the insurance market and lead to higher rebuild and replacement costs. You can read our feature on it from last year’s newsletter here.
Within this update we have stories on carbon toolkits to claims vacancies, woodburners to our own Will Tuely. Our small update is ultimately your newsletter that should give you a few snippets of advice and guidance. If you feel we should mention a particular story, get in touch at
mail@county-insurance.co.uk
.
Many Thanks, |

Theft of equipment
We have noticed a recent increase in thefts of Ivor Williams Trailers and other equipment from private and commercial premises. Trailers seem to be a target for thieves due to the high wait times from dealers in obtaining new items and the second hand market being scarce for these items. We have access to a tracking company who is able to install trackers to your prized possessions. If you’d like to learn more please contact your regular insurance contact. |
