ALASKAN PEONIES PARTY!

We are excited to announce we have partnered with an Alaska Peony Cooperative, bringing you premium Alaska grown Peonies, direct from the farm! When we purchase through the Alaska Peony Cooperative we have a direct impact on the success of Alaska family farms located throughout the state. The farmers work hard to ensure the quality of every peony and extend their deepest appreciation and thanks for your support!

We are taking pre-orders for 3 varieties of Peonies this week, beginning today, ending Friday, July 1 (or until we reach our quantity availability).

The Alaskan Peonies will arrive at our warehouse on Thursday, July 7th, after having been harvested by the Alaskan farmers. We will sort and organize your order, place in our refrigerated trailer to ensure the coldest & best environment possible. Your scheduled pick up to our refrigerated trailer will take place on Saturday, July 9th at Fat Beet Farm from 9am to 11am, no exceptions. Posies will also be in attendance loaded with other pretty blooms for purchase. Please note, we are limiting the pre-orders for this first party, so don't delay!

All orders include a one time $8.00 stem processing fee. We will offer more pre-order Posies Summer Alaskan Peonies Party in late July & again in August when other variety-colors become available for harvest.

BOULE DE NEIGE - WHITE

'Boule de Neige' is one of the sturdiest white peonies that we've come across. This variety is particularly good as a cut flower because it is easy to harvest, stores supremely well in a cooler, and the blooms open reliably when removed from cold storage. It is also tolerant of heat at outdoor events and has an incredible vase life.

Our first visit is this Friday, July 1 from 4pm - 8pm.  Groove to live entertainment and take part in far-out festivities that are fun for the whole family! • The farms are located in the heart of Alaska's oldest farming region, where endless summer days and fertile soil come together to produce Alaska's signature large blooms and highly saturated colors.
• The world's most beautiful peonies are available from Alaska during the months of July and August.
• The Alaskan farms prioritize quality by allowing their peony plants to mature to an average of 3-5 years before the first commercial stem is ever harvested.
• Ordering directly from a farmer means your flowers go through fewer hands & arrive in peak condition, shortly after being cut from the fields.
• 'Boule de Neige' is French for 'Snowball', how appropriate! 
• The Pecher Peony is a double form of Peony which tend to be the most fragrant varieties and 'Pecher' doesn’t disappoint. 
• One of the largest pink Peony flower available is the Sarah Bernhardt. Fully open blooms range from 5-9 inches in diameter.
