SLIP+ for States XML Schema and CSV Layout Updates  Beginning July 1, 2026

Please note, we have implemented changes to both the XML and CSV batch formats that are required for use beginning July 1, 2026. Updated batch documentation is available on the batch filing page of SLIP+ for States.  

The update being implemented for XML and CSV batch formats will now contain modifications for the inclusion of Louisiana, which will be launched on July 1, 2026.  

There are no specific XML schema (v1.8) changes with this release, but the addition of member state Louisiana is included in the updated documentation. 
 
CSV Layout changes from v1.2 to v1.3 
 
While there were no changes made to other SLIP+ for States CSV layouts, the new Louisiana CSV layout is now included in the documentation. 
 
CSV Layout v1.2 must be utilized for SLIP+ for States CSV batch filings through June 30, 2026. 
 
CSV Layout v1.3 must be utilized for SLIP+ for States CSV batch filings beginning July 1, 2026.
