American Gaming Association: Partner of the Year

On Tuesday, May 20th, we had the honor of presenting our 2024 Partner of the Year award to the American Gaming Association (AGA) during their Board of Directors meeting in Las Vegas.

Special thanks to Alexandra Costello, VP of Government Relations, for accepting the award on behalf of AGA from 911 Cell Phone Bank Founder & Program Director James Mosieur.

The AGA has been an incredible advocate for our mission—helping raise awareness within the casino and gaming industry about our Lost & Found donation program. Through their support, more casinos are securely clearing out unclaimed electronic devices and helping us provide lifelines to survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence.

2024 Annual Report

This year, thanks to your support, the 911 Cell Phone Bank securely processed over 113,000 electronic devices, erased data from 40,125 cell phones, and recycled more than 117,000 pounds of e-waste — all while continuing our mission to provide free emergency phones to survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.

In the Spotlight: Seminole Hard Rock

Through their partnership with the 911 Cell Phone Bank, Seminole Hard Rock is setting the standard in purpose-driven lost & found practices. To date, over 6,650 unclaimed electronics from their lost & found have been securely wiped and repurposed to support survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.

Welcome, Trevor!

We’re excited to welcome Trevor Bartlett as our new Account Relationship Manager! Hailing from Pennsylvania, Trevor brings experience, energy, and a serious love for baseball to the team. Before joining us, he spent three years at Best Buy, building strong customer relationships and sharpening his tech knowledge.

Trevor is a die-hard Pittsburgh Pirates fan (just a heads-up—if a game’s on, you might want to wait to contact him until the 9th inning is over). He counts attending the 2022 World Series (Phillies vs. Astros) as the coolest thing he’s ever done—and we think joining our team is a close second.
