NEW: STEM Lab at Mercury Bay Library

Our brand-new after-school STEM Lab at Mercury Bay Library is a great way for kids aged 7 and older to get involved in Coding, Digital Technology and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).

STEM Lab runs at Mercury Bay Library every Thursday, 3.30-4.30pm.

Bookings are essential - for more information and bookings visit the library or contact Jess at Mercury Bay Library.

NEW: Sewing Machines at Thames Library

Thanks to a kind donation from Thames Continuing Education, we've been able to purchase sewing machines for our community to use at Thames Library.

We'll set these up in the Carnegie Room once a week, giving you the chance to come in with your craft projects and odd sewing jobs.

If you're a keen crafter who would like to lend a hand  - maybe by teaching people to sew or leading a project here at the library - get in touch! We'd love to hear from you.

Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates!
