Click here Last chance to shape the future of regional public transport!Hundreds of people have taken part in the Regional Services Review to let us know what public transport connections they want across and beyond the Horizons Region. We've heard of people needing to travel to Hamilton or Wellington for health appointments, between towns in Tararua for banking or other essential services, or across Whanganui and Rangitīkei for work and play. The review is set to wrap up though, with submissions closing on Monday 11 September. It only takes about two minutes to fill out the survey and tell us where you travel to, why you make those trips and how much you want us to invest in creating new public transport services. How to have your sayGo to haveyoursay.horizons.govt.nz to find the survey. You will also find more information about regional public transport, maps, video, and other ways you can let Horizons know what public transport options you want. You can also hit reply to this email to send your thoughts back to our Transport team. Otherwise, get a feedback form (the postage is already paid for) from one of Horizons' services centres, on regional bus services, or from various public locations across the Horizons Region. Reply to this email if you want to know the closest place to get a feedback form from, or if you need one sent out to you. Don't stress if you fill the form out on Monday and can't get it straight into the post - we appreciate the post can take some time to get to us.
