Export Development Programme

Are you ready to grow your export capability and build your export knowledge? Or have you had some export experience but want to position your business for continued success?

Agriculture Victoria's Pathways to Export program is partnering with Export Connect to deliver a series of bespoke food and beverage Masterclass Workshops and Export Strategy Webinars to support small, niche and emerging agri-businesses navigate their export journey.

Whether you’re a new business looking to understand export fundamentals or an experienced exporter looking to diversify into new markets, this comprehensive export development programme can be tailored to your individual business and export goals.

The Masterclasses will be held in-person at two separate locations, and the Webinars will be held online via Zoom across May and June. Register for one or more of the following:

Workshops

Webinars

Building upon the Workshops and Webinars, we will also be hosting a Meet the Expert Workshop in early June to provide businesses the opportunity to engage an export expert 1:1 on the key export strategies specific to their products, business and optimal markets.

Preference will be given to those businesses who participated in the workshops and webinars. Further detail on the EOI process for these Workshops will be released in May.

By the end of the series, you can expect to be able to:

  • Understand the key steps of the export process
  • Know how to identify potential markets and products for export
  • Plan for your next steps on the pathway to export.

The cost to attend is FREE for up to two attendees per business, although you must register your expression of interest and places are limited. A light lunch will be provided at the in-person workshops.
