Do You Want to Work at BHP?

We are excited to open expressions of interest for our 2026 BHP Neurodiversity Internships, facilitated by the ACS Foundation.

These internships provide an inclusive and supported pathway for neurodiverse students to gain valuable industry experience within one of Australia’s leading companies, contributing to meaningful projects across both technical and non-technical areas.

There are potential placements in finance and accounting, legal, IT, technology, supply chain/logistics, environment, business operations and with site-based teams. The work often involves (but is not limited to) technology solutions, engineering, business analytics and reporting, data management and visualisation, and other project work. Students with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and teamwork are encouraged to apply.

These internships can be part time or full time, and they are open to current university and TAFE students who are neurodiverse. This includes students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia and Dyspraxia
