Architecture and design portfolio pathway submissions now open
Are you planning to study at the Sydney School of Architecture, Design and Planning? A successful portfolio may set you up for the best chance at securing a place in an eligible degree by boosting your selection rank. It is an opportunity to showcase your creativity, design skills and potential through a portfolio of work.
Round 1 submissions close 31 July 2026.

Innovation challenge for Years 9–12 students
We invite your students to take part in BIOTech Futures, hosted at the University of Sydney, where they will work in teams of 2–5 on a real-world problem in:
- health
- sustainability
- ethics
- emerging technologies
All teams will be supported by a University or industry mentor. Registrations are now open and close on 10 July 2026. The challenge begins on 27 July, with projects to be submitted by 18 September.
Parents and caregivers webinar series
Parents can sign up to receive communications about our dedicated webinars and information sessions held throughout the year. These sessions offer clear insights into our programs, support services, and what life at the University of Sydney is really like for our students. Each event gives parents the opportunity to connect with our staff, ask questions, and stay up to date with the information they need to support their young person's study journey.
