Did you introduce a chemical under the exempted category for the first time in 2022-23?

If you answer yes, you need to submit a post-introduction declaration (PID) for the 2022-23 registration year if you introduced one of these for the first time between 1 September 2022 and 31 August 2023:

  • polymer of low concern (PLC)
  • low concern biopolymer
  • a chemical that meets the AICIS categorisation criteria for 'very low risk' to health and the environment
