CNA Insurance Company Limited (NAIC #AA1121106) is now in compliance with Florida Statute 626.931, which governs insurer reporting requirements.

As such, the company’s referral to the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) for removal from the state’s eligibility list has been rescinded and CNA Insurance Company Limited will remain active in SLIP+.
