Person Reported OutcomesBased on feedback and the critical importance of providing patient-centred care, the PCH Diabetes Clinical team successfully rolled out Person Reported Outcomes (PROs) surveys in 2023. The team will again be collecting surveys in June and July 2024.

Patient Management upgradeWe have updated our clinical diabetes patient management system to a new web-based, state-of-the art system that can access critical information in real-time during clinic. It is automatically updated with pathology results and appointment data.
Move to ImproveIs your child interested in an 8-week physical activity intervention designed to assist them in becoming more physically active? An Aussie-first led by researchers and health professionals at PCH, Move to Improve, is available to children and adolescents aged 5 to 17 under the care of a PCH medical team.
DiabHQ is on the wayOver the coming months, WA children living with T1D will be given the opportunity to participate in DiabHQ, an innovative new data platform that brings together diabetes data and information for access by patients and families, clinicians and researchers. Find out more below.
Exercise InterventionTeens living with T1D – we need your help to co-design a physical activity program! We are developing an exercise program to improve mental health outcomes for adolescents with T1D and need your help to design a program that works for you. Help shape a fun program that encourages engagement and promotes overall well-being.
