Stitched Wearables with Melinda Young
Learn simple stitching, appliqué and cordage techniques to turn remnant textiles into wearable pieces. Bring your own garment or tote to embellish, with all tools provided.
Stitched Forms Workshop with Ro Cook
Build a small vessel, basket or sculpture using found and flexible materials. Ro Cook guides you through playful construction techniques, with materials supplied—wear closed shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting messy.
Object Shop x Reverse Garbage
A Festive Shop
Australian Design Centre and Reverse Garbage engaged the artist Claire Cassidy to reimagine Object Shop for Christmas. This installation showcases festive decorations crafted entirely from reclaimed and repurposed resources, celebrating sustainable creativity and the joyful possibility of reuse.
