New Batch Filing System Coming Soon For the last ten months, the FSLSO development team has been hard at work on a new and improved XML Batch filing system. The new XML Batch will launch in January 2024 with various new features and enhancements. Stay tuned for more information. EMPA Surcharge Refresh The Emergency Management Preparedness and Assistance (EMPA) surcharge is a fee charged on some lines of coverage that helps fund disaster planning and recovery.
