We are delighted to announce that Volume 14, Issue 1 of the Cambridge International Law Journal (CILJ) is now available in print and via Elgaronline.

This issue presents a diverse collection of topical questions of international law, including a decolonial perspective in global health law, the right to a healthy environment and the regulation of digital markets in the European Union (EU). The special section that follows comprises of four articles that explore three broader topics: private rights and public autonomy, competition and sustainability and the proper role of courts. To conclude this issue Helin Laufer reviews Katia Fach Gómez’s book The Technological Competence of Arbitrators: A Comparative and International Legal Study.
