As our 2024/25 financial year has wrapped up, it’s a good time to reflect on the year that’s been.

Upcoming changes to the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 

Minor changes to the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003 will come into effect on 22 October 2025, through an Order in Council. The Act will be updated on the same date.
