Showcasing SSN HDR Space Upgrade
In 2021, the Office of Graduate Research (OGR) and Properties, Facilities and Development (PFD) were successful in securing University Capital Infrastructure Plan funds for a project entitled: HDR Space Upgrade. This is a whole of institution project that focusses on uplifting HDR spaces in consultation with the HDR Space Program Working Group comprising members from OGR, PFD and Colleges to effectively identify HDR space requirements and opportunities. We’re pleased that the 2021 funds have been allocated for improvements to HDR rooms in SSN and Physical Sciences (SE). A submission for further funding in 2022 has been made.

Flinders University 2021 Virtual 3MT Final
The annual 3MT competition has reached its final stages, with the best and brightest Flinders University PhD students competing via virtual presentations for their chance to compete in the competition’s Asia-Pacific finals. Check out our eight finalists and vote for your favourite HERE. Voting closes on Monday 6 September, and winners will be announced on 10 September.
Flinders has 5 free tickets for an upcoming event on creating research impact. Join a special guest speaker and other researchers interested in research translation and creating impact at the Impact Pathfinders event on the 30th of September.
