Transition studyDo you know someone living with T1D who has transitioned to adult diabetes care in the last 5 years? Our researchers are running a focus group to hear their ideas on how to improve the healthcare transition. Priority setting webinar Thank you to those who joined our first Rio Tinto Children's Diabetes Centre Priority Setting webinar. It was a great opportunity to hear from those living with T1D and the T1D community about what research is important to them. What's important to you in a patient portal?We are running an online focus group for people living with T1D and/or their parents and carers to gather input that will guide the application for funding to develop a secure online patient portal. The portal will provide authorised users with access to clinical and research data for an individual patient. It will also include a range of other functionality to support diabetes self-management and we’d like to hear your ideas and understand what is important to you!
