Anahita's Love Letter

I just called to say I love you, I just called to say how much I care ....

Hello My Lovely Friends,

It’s been quite some time since we’ve communicated with each other, and I truly miss everything about Hidden Dinner, especially YOU! It’s safe to say that the first half of 2020 has been a time filled with overwhelming challenges, vulnerability, social separation, and growth; a season that we’re all learning to navigate through collectively and individually.

Over the past few months, I’ve had the deep desire to reach out to our HD Community and simply check-in with every single one of you. I was hesitant to send this email without scheduling one of our famous gatherings at The Table, but my heart has been pressing to reach out and ask: How are you doing? How are you showing up to the present? How have the changes in our social and environmental atmosphere impacted you on a personal level? I would love to hear about all the wonderful and/or hard things our community has been experiencing.

We live during a time where our lives are impacted by many changes that require us to adapt at a moment by moment pace. With all the external challenges of 2020, it is crucial to stand firm on the solid foundation of Love and Truth. Yes! I am writing to remind us all to Love and encourage one-another, and to be peacemakers in the midst of chaos.

Hidden Dinner has always been so much more than just a lovely meal; it is a space created to nurture and cultivate community through culture and conversation. A place where strangers become friends and friends become family.

As the founder of Hidden Dinner,  I’ve had the privilege of serving this vibrant community over the past decade. Whether we’re sipping on mango chili margaritas, breaking bread and burrata, or dancing our way through the night, one thing is certain, we thrive in experiencing life together and walking in love.

For the past year, I’ve been exploring ways to deepen the mission of Hidden Dinner, through experiences that go beyond the wonderful meals we share. But it wasn’t until these past few months that I’ve had enough clarity to know what this vision might look like. I don’t yet know all the details or how to get there, but what I do know is that Hidden Dinner is here as a platform for service and community. My deepest desire is for it to become a place of support for those with dreams, and a catalyst for creativity.

I’m super excited to begin a new season and can’t wait to share with you the many adventures that await us in the near future. As we move forward, I have a request: please share with me your desires, needs, and how Hidden Dinner can better serve you.

Looking forward to reading all your emails and seeing your beautiful faces once again.

Stay Blessed!
