The Community Panel found that the ad may encourage the use of winches in an unsafe way. The Community Panel found that the claim was not adequately substantiated, and that most people would interpret “clean” to mean the energy source has no negative environmental impact. Overall, the Panel found that the portion sizes were appropriate, and the ad did not undermine the promotion of a healthy balanced diet. No breach – AANA Food and Beverages Code ![]() Ex-itAn ad for Milkrun grocery delivery service on social media raised concerns about making light of domestic violence and stalking, with the phrase “keeping tabs on your ex”. The Community Panel found the ad suggested behaviour which was indicative of stalking or controlling behaviour towards an ex-partner and was not appropriate in the context of promoting a delivery service. Breach – AANA Code of Ethics (Violence / Health and safety) ![]() Sun safeA Woolworths store catalogue raised concerns about promoting unsafe tanning practices with its “1/2 price Sun Care & Tanning” offer. Upon review, the Community Panel found that there was no imagery or messaging that might encourage tanning or unsafe sun exposure.
