The Conventions C.A.R.E program takes your donation and provides these needed items to the region's non-profit organizations. Donating your materials is easy. NAR has negotiated the best rates with all official vendors and suppliers for 2024 NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience. You can find all of the Official Vendors services and forms in the on-line exhibitor manual. Be advised that you will be solicited from unaffiliated third-party vendors promoting discounted prices for housing, list rental and other services related to your participation in the expo.
Please copy show management (nar@heiexpo.com) on emails from any unofficial third-party suppliers representing themselves as official NAR vendors.

If you have not already done so at the time of application, please submit your company listing information by logging into the Exhibitor Portal using the email and password of the booth contact. 
This information will also be used for the Mobile App exhibitor list.
