Well-being Week
Monday to Friday, 4–8 October

We have all experienced a lot of change in the past two years, and as we continue to adapt to a new way of learning, it's important to prioritise our well-being.

There are many ways in which NUI Galway can support your health and personal growth. This week, we will focus on encouraging care, connection and mindfulness in our campus community.
